Humio account deletion

You can request deletion of your Humio account and the personal data linked to it. In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. If you no longer have access to the app or your session, you can also contact us by email from the address connected to the account.

If you can't access the app, email info@humio.ru with the subject “Humio account deletion” and include the email address of the account you want deleted.

What will be deleted

the account profile and contact email;
personal data linked to the account;
account usage data unless retention is required by law.

What may be retained for a limited time

Some technical records, payment data, and accounting documents may be retained for the period required by law or payment provider rules. This data is not used to sign in to the account after deletion.
